1. Safety and the Environment

At Empire Couriers, safety is our top priority. We are committed to achieving zero harm to employees, clients, and the environment. All employees and contractors must:

• Follow the safety guidelines set by WorkSafe Tasmania, WorkSafe Victoria, Safe Work Australia the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator and other applicable standards.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained properly.
• Complete safety checks and report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or near-misses immediately.
• Prioritize environmental responsibility by minimizing waste, conserving energy, and adhering to the company’s sustainability initiatives.
